📦 Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended. You will be notified of any significant delays.
- Custom or made-to-order sets may require 3–10 business days for production before shipping.
- You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

- Canada
- Select International destinations*

🚚 Shipping Methods & Rates
We offer the following Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
United States (Domestic Shipping):
- Standard Shipping (3–5 business days): Starts at $6.80
- Express Shipping (1–3 business days): Starts at $10.05
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $100.00
International Shipping:
- Rates vary depending on the destination and will be calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times typically range from 7–21 business days, depending on the location and customs clearance.
Note: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or postal service disruptions. Customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
📨 Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
📬 Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once your package is shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are not responsible for:
- Delays caused by the postal service or customs
- Lost or stolen packages marked “Delivered”
- Incorrect shipping addresses entered at checkout

📦 Packaging
All press-on nail sets are packaged with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. If your order does arrive damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and product.
