Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your nails as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
🛍️ Returns
Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on press-on nails once they’ve been opened or used.
We will accept returns only if:
• The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
• You contact us within 3 days of receiving your order
To initiate a return, please email us at info@cedarberry.store with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, you’ll receive instructions on how to send the item back.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
25% restocking fee will be charged for all returned items. Only items in new and unused condition will be eligible for return.
💸 Refunds
Refunds are issued in the following cases:
• You received the wrong item
• Your item arrived damaged
• Your package was lost in transit (confirmed via tracking)
Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind
• Sale items are final sale and non-refundable
📦 Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different style or size, please place a new order once your return is approved.
